Our Farm: 

Bay Yard Farms is a 15-acre facility located just north of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. In the heart of the North Texas Horse Country! Bay Yard offers sandy soil, giant trees, and lush green pastures, making it an ideal, tranquil training facility for horses and their owners. The two barns provide 32 stalls with seven large, grassy paddocks for daily turnout. Our vast, well-lit outdoor arena, featuring all-weather footing and sprinklers, is suitable for riding in all types of weather. 

Boarding and Horse Care:

Full board at Bay Yard includes all training rides and complete horse care. All horses receive daily grooming and turnout. The stalls are cleaned at least twice a day, and horses are fed three times a day. Fans are provided in the summer, and horses are blanketed in the winter. Horses are trimmed and manes pulled, and full body clippings can be arranged for an additional charge. Supplements (provided by customers) are given to horses daily. Daily tack up is also included in the monthly board. Horses are groomed and tacked up for your rides and also cleaned and/or bathed after. Tack is cleaned after each use. Regular Vet, Farrier, and dental visits are arranged by Bay Yard staff. Our grooms live on-site, providing 24-hour security and care, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your horse is in good hands. 

Lesson Program: 

We understand that each rider has unique needs and preferences. That's why we offer lessons six days a week for all ages and all levels. Lessons are in addition to the full board price. Whether you prefer private, semi-private, or group lessons, we have options for you. Our lessons cater to Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitation, ensuring that you can learn and grow in the discipline that suits you best. 

Training: 

Training of the horses is a top priority at Bay Yard and is included in our full board. Horses stay in a training regiment suited to their individual needs. Whether your horse is very green or a veteran show horse, our staff will tailor a program for you and your horse.
