ABOUT US

Stacie Goodson, started Bay Yard
Farms 25 years ago and moved to this current location in 1992.
Stacie competes competitively in the Hunter and Jumper arenas and
USHJA International and National Hunter Derbies, and has her big
"R" USEF registered judges card and judges H/J shows throughout
North America. In
addition Bay Yard has two assistant Trainers and a Barn Manager.
Stephanie Rogers and Laura Brown are our at home staff, and they
manage the Barn, ride and teach lessons. Julie Benton is in
charge of our academy lesson program.
Combined, their extensive experience in the horse industry has
made Bay Yard Farms one of the most successful Hunter Jumper
barns in the area. We offer training to riders of all ages.....for ponies, hunters, jumpers and even have a few Eventing
clients who come to Bay Yard for training in stadium jumping.
You will find a friendly social environment with emphasis on
learning to ride safely and having a training program for your
horse, tailored to his abilities and needs.
A critical part of our staff are our grooms. Our Head
Groom, Fili, keeps a cohesive atmosphere for horses and clients.
He has been at Bay Yard for many years and chooses and trains
new staff. In addition to Fili, there are always 3 other grooms
on staff, who love and care for our horses and live on the
property.
